Office, but will consider candidates interested in any of our office locations.  Eligible candidates should have a minimum of four years of discovery experience with practical knowledge of all phases of the EDRM.  Experience attending meet-and-confers, participating in hearings, corresponding with opposing counsel, preparing briefing and arguments on discovery issues, and advising clients on litigation and discovery strategies is required.  Candidates should be knowledgeable about discovery technology, vendors, analytic techniques and best practices.  Experience with data security and privacy issues and law, the E.U.
